Found the perfect tile at a design center, but it was very expensive.  Reached out to numerous on-line distributors to cut out the middle man (design center) and save some money.  Since I would be placing a large order, I needed absolute assurance that the tile I would pay for and get delivered was EXACTLY what I wanted with no surprises.  Only one company was able to give me that assurance, and that was Tile Time Online.  John with Tile Time, sent me samples so I could verify an exact match, contacted the manufacturer in Italy to double check availability and explained the delivery procedure.  I would be saving 47% on the cost of my tile, so with most, but not all of my fears set aside, I placed my order with John and waited for the usual excuses, delays and other unforeseen problems to occur...but much to my surprise, They Never Did!  John called, e-mail and texted me constantly to update me on my order and coordinate the delivery.  The indoor tile was delivered and installed and it looks fantastic!  I was so pleased with my experience ordering from Tile Time that I contacted John and told him I would like to tile my outside walkways and steps.  He sent me samples of slip resistant outdoor rated tiles and I placed a second order with him.  The tile arrived as promised and is being installed as of the writing of this review (5/4/23).  My name is Robert V., I live in Englewood Florida and I highly recommend Tile Time Online and John.

I purchased 2,100 sf of LaFabbrica tile for my home from Tile Time in December.  My time frame was very tight so I spoke to John about expedited delivery to California to accommodate the availability of my tile installer.  The tile was delivered on time and my project was completed on time.

Once the job was finished I inquired about custom porcelain stair treads to match the tile we purchased.  John assisted me with the special order from Italy where they had to be custom made.  I just received them and they will really complete the look that we wanted since we will be having an exposed glass wall on one side of the stairs.

I am very happy with the tile and the customer service.  John always answered my calls and was there to assist me through this renovation.

In July 2018, because of our history, I trust you implicitly and ordered Profilitec Leveltec System that you introduced me to for my 1,100 sq. foot DIY floor project with the Anatolia gorgeous 48x8 wood-look tile.  You graciously sent me Youtube video links before I even ordered the floor tile leveling system.  After review, the Profilitec System seems easy to use and produced excellent results with evenly height tile and consistent grout lines on very long and wide tile.

AMAZING!  The Profilitec Leveltec System not only made me a believer, but my General Contractor brother who helped me one long weekend tiling.  His exact comments, "I'd never seen or used this gadget, but it's pretty good stuff and does an amazing job!!"

Service Service Service AND Price

TileTimeOnline.com is a fantastic company to deal with.  First of all you deal directly with the owner, John.  John cares about your order and making sure everything goes smoothly.  John has developed relationships with the tile manufacturers all over the world over many years.  I was ordering high end tile from Italy.  He promptly got me a quote for the tile and shipping.  All inclusive..no extra hidden fees.

He knows how to get the order placed and delivered quickly.  I placed my order on May 24 and it was delivered on May 30.  We had a HUGE shipment of almost 1000 square feet.

John had very clear instructions how to inspect the order and what to write on the delivery slip if there was any issue.  We had a couple cases out of 52 cases with an issue.  This is very common with big orders.  I filled out the delivery ticket as he instructed me to do.  I emailed a picture of the delivery ticket to him the day of the delivery and that afternoon another order for the two new cases was made and a week later it was delivered.

This is old fashioned great service.

From a price standpoint, John provided a competitive price.  His price was a few bucks more than the next guy, but I had a feeling John and Tiletimeonline.com was the company and John was the guy to do business with.  I was right.  The service, responsiveness and timeliness was well worth the little extra... about the price of a bottle of wine.

Next time I have to order tile, John and tiletimeonline.com is the company I am dealing with again.

I was redoing my master bathroom and found some tile in a local shop. I looked online and found that Tile Time Online had the exact product for almost half the price. Found TileTimeOnline when searching for tile. They had what I needed but I had a question so I called the number listed. They answered my question and I was able to complete my order. Now all I have to do is wait for delivery.

"Just received my order from tiletimeonline and seriously could not be happier. I had been through hell and back with a tile company store local to my home...My husband and I had apparently purchased wall tile that was from a very pricey company and didn't want to spend the $650 on chair rail that matched the tile...after multiple back and forths with this company trying to match the right border I found this company online selling the designer chair rail for more than half of what two tile stores I went to were going to charge us. I called John (who picked up his phone immediately) to determine what shipment method I should use if I needed it by a given date and he recommended ground...literally less than two days later the chair rail arrived at my door. Each six inch piece was wrapped impeccably in bubble wrap...the chairrail matches our tile perfectly and I honestly couldn't be happier. My only regret is that I wish I purchased the wall tile from this company also....just thinking about how much I could have saved is cringe-worthy.....definitely will be using this company again!"

"Two thumbs up for Tile Time Online. I never thought of buying tile online, but I had to have some tile that my local distributor in California did not handle. I called them with questions and they were very friendly and helpful. They had a good price and promptly shipped my order. They provide good tracking information and were a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, some tile broke in shipment. (Not Tile Times fault.) I contacted John at Tile Time and sent him some pictures. He was extremely apologetic and he immediately took care of the problem. He shipped out replacement tile and it arrived in perfect condition.
