Shipping Details

Tile Time Online stocked products  will arrive within 1-2 weeks after placement of your order depending upon the delivered location in the United States.   SPECIAL ORDER items may add an additional two weeks; Tile Time Online will inform the customer of the time frame when the order is placed.  If an order contains products that are both stocked and SPECIAL ORDER, the order will NOT be shipped until it is complete.  However, if the customer requests or needs a partial order immediately sent, additional shipping costs apply to the SPECIAL ORDER portion at time of shipping.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Once an order is placed, a confirmation Email will be sent confirming the order, delivery method/carrier and approximate shipping date.   After the order has shipped, a  second Email will follow and include tracking information with a link to track the order.  Orders shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) carrier will be contacted directly by the carrier to schedule the delivery.

SHIPPING DETAILS: 

All Fed Ex & UPS shipped orders are delivered to a home, business, or job site.  NO ORDERS CAN BE DELIVERED TO A P.O. BOX.   Larger orders delivered by common carrier include CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY.  It is the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery to relocate their order to their desired location:  garage, basement, foyer, etc.; it is NOT the drivers responsibility to do so.

Tile larger than 18"x18" as well as all hardwoods, vinyl tile, and laminate flooring can not be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS due to length, weight, and risk of breakage even though the website will show this as a shipping option.  Items larger than 18"x18" will only be shipped via the LTL (Less Than Truckload) carrier (Estes Express Lines, Pitt Ohio Express or Old Dominion Freight Lines), so the customer must select  the LTL option.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

NEVER REFUSE A DELIVERY.    ALL REFUSED DELIVERIES  ARE SUBJECTED TO ADDITIONAL  RETURN SHIPPING AND RESTOCK CHARGES

AN ADULT MUST BE PRESENT AND ABLE TO CHECK ORDER,  SIGN AND RECEIVE DELIVERY FROM LTL CARRIER.

IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY and in the presence of the driver,  the customer must physically inspect their order for accuracy and damage.  If customer detects missing or damaged items, THIS MUST BE NOTED IN WRITING ON THE CARRIERS BILL OF LADING/MANIFEST AT TIME OF DELIVERY. 

IN ADDITION, CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT TILE TIME ONLINE VIA EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS UPON DELIVERY.   FAILURE  OR DELAY IN FOLLOWING THESE PROCEDURES MAY RESULT IN THE INABILITY TO FILE A CLAIM FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS. 

OUTSIDE THE USA SHIPPING DETAILS:

Tile Time Online ships within the lower 48  United States.  In the event a buyer needs products delivered outside of the USA mainland,  Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Bahamas, etc., Tile Time Online will work with the buyer to have their order delivered to a marine port/terminal in the USA of the customers choice.  FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, the customer will take total responsibility to ship their order to their desired, final location.  Tile Time Online is NOT responsible for any damage to tile including any additional shipping costs that  would be incurred to replace damaged material.  In addition, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, tariffs & fess that are associated with shipping outside of the continnental United States.  DIRECT DEPOSIT/WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR  ALL ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE MAINLAND USA AT TIME OF ORDER.
